Imi pare bine. In aprilie citeam pe blogul &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://ionelaaman.weblog.ro/2007-04-03/141126/Adunarea-iubitorilor-de-ceai.html" target="blank"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Ionelei Aman&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt; despre "Adunarea iubitorilor de ceai" si am aflat ca ea, impreuna cu &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://george.truisme.ro/?p=7" target="blank"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;George Toma&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt; lucreaza la un afis pentru promovarea consumului de ceai. Luni l-au terminat si l-am putut vizualiza. In special mi-a atras atentia modul lor de a te face sa cumperi ceaiuri atat pentru propriul consum cat si pentru a le oferi cadouri, apeland la zodiac. De aici se pot cumpara diverse tipuri de ceaiuri (200 citisem in &lt;em&gt;Cotidianul&lt;/em&gt;) precum si accesorii pentru acestea. Am ales &lt;em&gt;Connoisseur's Mate Green&lt;/em&gt; - Casa de ceai...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nu stiam despre acesta decat ca este un faimos ceai argentinian. Am aflat apoi ca planta din care provine este Yerba mate (denumire tradusa prin "ceasca de ierburi") -Ilex paraguariensis. Sud-americanii numesc acest ceai "bautura zeilor". El reprezinta un mod revitalizant de a incepe ziua dar si un motiv de socializare pe parcursul acesteia. Este inviorant, stimulativ, tonifica sistemul nervos, ascute inteligenta, alunga oboseala, controleaza apetitul, revigoreaza culorea parului, intarzie imbatranirea si vindeca insomnia. De altfel, daca am lua in considerare numai macesul si fragul, bolile ce pot fi ameliorate sau tratate de acestea sunt: avitaminoze, enterocolite, calculoza renala, tulburari de circulatie periferica, si respectiv, enterite acute, diaree, diabet zaharat, guta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pe o scala de la 1 (minim) la 5 (maxim), ii voi da nota 3,50, poate si fiindca este primul produs analizat, firma este romaneasca, gustul este foarte bun, o idee acrisor. Un minus il reprezinta ambalajul, pliculete fara snur, dar suficient de compacte pentru a nu lasa continutul sa scape. producerea ceaiului verde este arta si stiinta in acelasi timp. Va recomand un &lt;a href="http://www.exn.ca/video/?video=exn20051026-greentea.asx" target="_blank"&gt;reportaj&lt;/a&gt; realizat de Discovery Channel Canada. Suntem transportati in mijlocul unei ceremonii a ceaiului, un ritual antic japonez in care fiecare miscare coregrafica, fiecare detaliu are un subtil inteles. Este o arta ce te seduce si de care poti deveni dependent.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pentru a gasi cel mai bun ceai verde din Japonia, ajungem intr-o plantatie de ceai. Fiind o planta tropicala are nevoie de anumite conditii de umiditate, temperatura, ventilatie si in mod cert trebuie ferita de ger. Conteaza pana si lumina soarelui - daca planta este crescuta la umbra, ceaiul va fi mai dulce deoarece taninul va ajunge in cantitate mai mica in frunze.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Traditional, ceaiul se recolteaza manual - primele doua-trei frunze din varf fiind considerate cele mai bune. In prezent insa se utilizeaza masinile, care absorb frunzele intr-un fel de sac. Transportul frunzelor la fabrica si procesarea sunt echivalente cu o cursa impotriva timpului - daca sunt expuse aerului prea mult timp, oxigenul interactioneaza cu enzimele si va schimba nuanta si gustul ceaiului. Pentru a pastra culoarea verde, frunzele sunt tinute sub aburi - insa, persoana care opereaza trebuie sa stie exact locul si timpul recoltei pentru a determina durata acestei etape (intre 30 si 90 de secunde). Apoi urmeaza doua proceduri diferite de uscare. Interesant la aceste masini este faptul ca ele imita mainile umane, miscarile de rulare ale acestora. Mai este putin pana cand ceaiul va dobandi aspectul obisnuit, aciform. Verdictul final ne va fi dat de cunoscatori - connoisseurs. Asemenea somelierului (degustatorul de vin), ea este rezultatul a multor ani de experienta si dedicatie. Un expert poate identifica aproximativ 1500 de tipuri de ceai bazandu-se pe baza celor cinci simturi umane - gust, miros, vaz, tactil si auz! Datorita implicarii acestora, un degustator nu trebuie sa fumeze, sa bea alcool sau sa consume condimente. De asemenea exista riscul de a avea un sistem digestiv afectat dupa consumul a doua-trei sute de cescute de ceai pe zi! Satisfactiile insa sunt pe masura - salarii "de cinci stele", aprecieri internationale sau calatorii in cele mai exotice locuri.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In cazul in care va ganditi ca si mine in a urma o astfel de cariera trebuie sa mentionez ca exista universitati care ofera certificari si diplome. De asemenea se poate participa (daca bugetul permite) la concursuri de degustare internationale.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nu stiu cati iubitori de ceai exista in Romania - o tara in care majoritatea il considera util numai ca remediu naturist impotriva racelii. Totusi mai sper ca lucrurile se vor schimba si vom invata sa il apreciem!
